Skills Required :

• Should have experience in B2B Sales / Institutional Sales
• Should have an understanding of the E-learning industry.
• Experience working with US/International customers will be an added advantage
• Should be able to plan and generate strategies for new business opportunities in the E-learning industry
• Should be able to work with management to develop and implement a strategic sales plan
• Will be responsible for lead generation and business expansion
• Must have clear knowledge of Govt tendering process and be proficient in working on various tender portals. Must independently manage the end-to-end tendering process
• Should be able to work independently and must be target-oriented
• Excellent documentation skills and time management
• Should retain and understand the scope for additional business from existing accounts
• Effectively coordinate with other teams during project execution
• Should be able to create and present company and product presentations to clients and at various forums.
• Should be open to travel nationally and internationally, if required.

Experience: 4-5 years as ID
Qualification:

• Min graduation, preferably English Hons.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite

Job Description:

• Work on various learning interventions including web-based modules, instructor-led training, blended learning, documentation, gamification, simulations and SCORM-compliant training solutions
• Aware of complete DLC including ADDIE and its adherence during the project
• Aware of instructional theories and follow Bloom’s Taxonomy
• Perform extensive content analysis to chunk the content logically and create ToCs, design documents, storyboards and vsbs, with an ability to produce review-free work
• Research content within the scope and work in consultation with SME
• Have a flair for writing style for the target audience – aware of MSTP and CMS, follow clients’ style guides
• Possess excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Pay attention to details – understanding the client requirements and mapping them with the scope
• Sound knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate and Vyond
• Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet stringent timelines
• Adapt changing project scenarios and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Review wireframes, final outputs, and peer work and improvise it within the scope of work
• Work as a team player with a positive attitude

Job Description:

• Design comprehensive and innovative instructional sound training solutions for various learning interventions including web-based modules, instructor-led training, blended learning, documentation, gamification, simulations and SCORM-compliant training solutions, effectively incorporating technological, pedagogical, and instructional designing practices
• Support presales to work on RFPs, RFQs, proposals, approach notes and create PoCs and wireframes
• Analyse training needs and develop programs that maximize knowledge transfer by aligning recognized best practices of instructional theory with business strategies
• Write and review storyboards, wireframes, final outputs, and peer work and improvise it within the scope of work
• Knowledge of UXD
• Ability to apply instructional theories to a variety of contexts
• Possess strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills
• Maintain successful client relationships to manage various accounts and increase revenue
• Customize processes to make them more efficient for the successful execution of each project
• Gather and document project requirements to carve project-specific guidelines
• Possess sound knowledge of the latest technology and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate and Vyond to leverage design and clients’ requirements
• Aware of common LMSs
• Adapt changing project scenarios and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Work as a team player with a positive attitude
